Sometime back in October I had the brilliant idea that I was going to knit sweaters for each of my 4 girls for Christmas (silly, silly woman!   Roll Eyes )

Anyhow, 3 of them are finished....

For my 3 yr old (knitted out of yarn from my stash using the Woolworks top-down raglan pattern

For my 5 year old using some yarn I bought (can't find the lable but it was cheapie acrylic... very soft though) and the pattern off the ball-band

and a closeup of the cabling on the front

For my 7 year old (again the top-down raglan pattern and the same cheapie acrylic just in a different colour)

And an unfinished one for my 9 yr old (top-down raglan pattern, cheapie acrylic again!)

There is a bit more detail and waffle on my blog

Those are great sweaters. I love the one with the cables. That is super cool.  You remind me of Mrs. Weasley in HP making sweaters for everyone for Christmas.

Hoorah for hand knit gifts for children.  Now you'll have to update with pics of children inside the sweaters.  I'll be on a mitten knitting frenzy once I get CPH done for MIL.
