Accidentally posted this in the trinkets thread first. Whoops. Here it is in the right place.

My mum enlisted me to help make ornaments for her tree this year...these were the best ones I made. I'm really kind of proud of them because I've never made anything like them before! So I thought I'd share.

This is the first one, a little white felt start embroidered with gold thread and little red glass beads...first successful embroidery thing, whooo.


This is the second one, it's got a little felt flower-that's-meant-to-be-a-poinsettia on it. And more liberal use of the seed beads. They're both stuffed with scrap felt, too, so they are pleasantly squishy and puffy.


If the pictures are sideways, it's Flickr's fault, not mine. I promise I rotated them, it's just not admitting it yet >_<
