Details of swap:

Everyone has too many pictures and not enough frames!  So, each swapper will make one frame suitable for a 4X6 picture.  I suugest going to IKEA or dollarama and picking up a blank, wooden frame for a dollar and working with that.  Any questions? Note that the frame must have a way to make it stand up on its own!

I have an idea if you open to a suggestion. If everyone is going to do the same size frame, then everyone could mail their frame sans glass, and just put theirs in when the other frame comes. Not sure if this will work, but I thought I'd mention it since I have had some bad experiences mailing glass.

The glass thing is fine as long as everyone knows that they are doing a rectangular frame (there are ovals in that size too).  It would certainly help with shipping, both cost and packaging if it works out that way.
