I am so so so SOOOO freakin happy that you loved everything.

I was talking about the stitching of the lining to the bag... it's... well, dreadful.

You love it, and I'm very excited that you liked everything! I'll post some pics now...

The inside of the roll, and the stitch markers, which are made if injet shrink plastic which was from AC Moore and sucked.... I had to make two batches becaues the first one went all curly and discolored because i left it in a tiny bit too long. It wasn't shrinky dink brand, so I figure that's the problem...

OK here is what I sent to Kamikaze Oreo cause I figure she is busy and I want to post stuff

Her fav movies were Whisper of the Heart and Kiki so her is an asian inspired handbag and I had never made purses or anything to this point




I decorated a journal in simple black outline images from her fav movies because she is writer and I wanted to give her space to write down her ideas and the outlines is meaningful because she is the one who gets to add the 'color' in words when she is writing her stories






and a little felt Kiki but my camera stopped working and the image in stuck in my cell phone I will drag it out and add it here...there is also a Moon on the way to replace the one my kittens destroyed!

OK so here is what Kamikaze Oreo sent me  cause my fav movies were Whisper of the Heart and Spirited Away

A plaque with the words from Country Roads because my little 7yo plays violin and this is the song she had been rehearsing to play in her last recital and I just love it on violin


A Spirited Away bag that I had to wrassle from the 9yo NO she can NOT have it..lol

I got a shirt of San(I hope that's right, I'm terrible with names.)
A box book painted for Mononoke-hime(which is great, I always need more storage)
A totoro pillow case(My favorite, I've never had a decorated pillowcase before, it's always a solid color.  SWEET!)
And some magnets.  They're convex, so they magnify the image.  I've been staring at them for a while.  Since I was a child I've loved half-tone.

I've combined them to one image because my internet is fighting me. (i.e. taking minutes to load anything.)

second of all, she sent two items.

a folded pencil drawing of sen dated May 2003.  and a small painted calcifer.

Here's what I made for OrangeAngel23, the Usps.com states that the item has been delivered to her.

a Sen iron on long sleeves.

A orange/warm charm bracelet that spelled out Calcifur

Mostly Crochet and one knitting stitch marker inspired by the Miyazaki films.  The black ones are my favs, i made two cuz of it.  The orange of course Calcifur, the blueish one- the blues of the eyes of the river god who was a dragon that rescued Sen when she was younger, and the green of the frogs in the movie spirited away.

That's too cool.  I know people have holders, but mine are all just chucked into a drawer.  I think the amount of time it takes to make one, will probably add up to be a lot less than the time it takes me to find my hooks and needles on a regular basis.
