All of my friends seem to want fingerless gloves this season, including my roommate.  I asked her what she wanted them to look like, and she drew me a picture.

I used Caron Simply Soft Brites in Lemonade, Mango, Blue Ice, Grape, Lime and Watermelon.  Whipped up the charts in Excel, took a few measurements, and pretty much swung it from there.  Weaving in the ends took way too long.

I can't decide if they're a monstrosity or amazing.

She loves them, and cannot take a normal picture.

They look a bit wonky in this picture.  I'm not sure why.  Silly things.

EDIT:
A few of you asked about the outline on the heart and the peace sign.  I am far from proficient at embroidery, but I think any knitter or crocheter should learn the chain stitch.  It fits very well with the texture of the fabric.  There's a fabulous video for it here:

Amazing, without a doubt!   Cheesy  They are seriously cute.  How did you do the outlines of the heart and the peace sign?  Forgive me for being dense, it's just so cool that I wanna try it.   Smiley

Those are amazing! It's not just that I can't knit anything or crochet much speaking, either. My daughter and her friends would LOVE these. Yay for you! (Yay for her to have such a talented and generous friend!) Grin
