I've been working on Mr deer for what feels like ages now. He's a foam taxidermy form that I sculpted on to. Once I'm finished sanding him I plan to paint him a pale blue and give him Maori style tattoos.

My deer is on the floor of my studio while i work on jewelry. Hopefully i'll be able to start his tattoos this weekend !

where did you get a taxidermy head?? amd how much was it? I wanna make one for my apartment  and I have my own antlers ( yes their real) We have a very beautiful and large ( and $$$) real one my bro shot about 10 yrs ago and I want a kinder gentler version for my place !

You can order them on line from Vandykes taxidermy supply . They're actually not that pricey. The magic sculpt I also ordered online.
