Then we should feed our jewelry to the sea
For diamonds do appear to be

Yay, a happy ending!

It looks really nice on both of you. It's so nice that you found a use for your first sweater. If my first sweater didn't fit I'd just be so miserable, I don't know if I'd be able to do the same sweater again to try and make it fit.

Anyway, great job on both of them Smiley

Gah! So pretty! I loves them! I wish I had time to work on my $1.50 cardigan right now instead of the insane amount of Christmas knitting I need to do. You have such patience!

thanks for all the lovely comments, everyone!!

i forget to mention the part where I technically knit the sweater 2 1/2 times... after I finished the sleeves on the one in my size, they were too bulky for me.  so i frogged the ENTIRE sleeves, and re-knit them in the size i did for the original sweater.  oy.

oh, and the yarn is knitpicks' merino style, first in cinnamon and then in moss.

and yes my sister loves me to pieces. Smiley  i gave it to her for chanukah AND her birthday... which she totally understood cause she gets how long it takes to knit the damn thing. Smiley
