I've been suffering from total inability to finish any project lately, so I decided to do something really easy and fast. I've also been wanting a neck warmer for skiing, so I decided to go with that.

This is just a plain striped garter stitch rectangle made of yarn I had lying around. I cast on about as many stitches as would fit on a double pointed needle, because that was what I had available in the right size, and knit until it just fit over my head. Mine is grafted together (kitchener stitch) because I changed my mind and decided I wanted to frog a mistake I made in the beginning, but if I make more I'll probably just sew it up. It's a total beginner's project, but for something so quick and easy, I'm pleased with it! Oh, and it also works pretty well as a headband.

Here's what it looks like on me

Looks really good on you.

I tried making a moebius cowl last year and it is not the right size at all.

Good work!

I like it too.  I've been thinking about making a few of these for my little girls.  They're much easier to use then scarves Smiley
