"Stressed" is "desserts" spelled backwards.

Awesome awesome stuff, ladies.

Please put your hands together in prayer that I will finally finish up everything this weekend.

My inability to get anything done around here has become so ridiculous that I am half-expecting an undead Graham Chapman to come and cancel me for being too silly.

At least the other stuff so far has been just fabulous, I really love all of it, and covet it badly!

That's such a cute parrot Cheesy

Creative_Miss_Chris, my boyfriend wanted me to say thank you for the choccies as well, he's stolen a bunch and keeps having them for tea at home, and he's usually not much for sweets.. Grin (after my latest-time-allowed-to-have-caffeine, bah)

aww thank-you Melladh!  Cheesy Its just dark, melted belgian chocolate *slurp* with orange icing (usually used for cakes) inbetween. There was alot leftover from a cake my mum made for a staff party so I used it up cus it tasted sooo good on chocolate, I made some for myself aswell! hehe. Glad your boyfriend likes it, its my pleasure Smiley

The banging! D:
The people next door are getting their roof re-done. I'm definately on the second floor in the room closest to their madness Sad I can even here it when my radio's really loud :S

In other news, awesome swap packages! Cheesy

In even more other news, I LOL-ed in Law today. Someone had written in my agenda "I'm a lumberjack & I'm okay!" back on Wednesday's space. I later also noticed that she wrote "oh baby!" underneath my boyfriend's name/phone # in the back of my agenda... do I have reason to be concerned? XD

Just got this in the post a few days ago from TwilightDancer!
For some reason or another the package got returned to her house, so she had to resend. But before she did, she realized that the post broke the mug she made me Sad so she replaced it with a shirt <3
But frankly I think the post has something against the two of us. As it also managed to break the second hand on the lovely clock I received:

Though thankfully the minute hand still works! Cheesy Any ideas on how to fix the second hand? It just kind of... hangs there :/

The awesome replacement top: (It's relatively short, but I take it that's the style?)

My fav! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Silly walk bag:

and a random little foot pouch <3

Thank-you! ^^

for the clock, you can either go to michaels (or other craft/hobby shops) and buy clock parts and just attach the hands she gave you to the clock motor.. or you can go to the thrift store and buy a used clock and use that clock motor.

see if the hand is just loose - in that case just pressing it in firmly will fix it

I've tried pressing it firmly into various positions. So far no success on that front.
But well, prehaps it'll work eventually?

I tried making a clock once with a clock motor... didn't go so well. I'm always afraid that I'll completely mess it up and not get everything back in properly. Which I've actually done on two ocassions  Undecided
So I mighttt not be the best person to do that.
Good suggestion though! ^^

Hummmm. I don't think my partner ever posted what I gave her way back. Should I just go ahead and post it if I can't find it in the gallery? :S

Whenever I've used a clock motor, the only thing you have to do is put the hands on - hour then minute then second on top... I've not ever had to do anything besides positioning the motor and then putting on the hands.
