It took me a while to convice my machine to sew nice, so the stitching's a little sloppy... I've made my peace with it.

That purse is REALLY awesome.  It came out really well.  I especially like the flower.  Well done!

I straightened a wire hanger (don't tell Mommie) and cut it to size then folded a channel of fabric over it and sewed it to the purse.

It would've been easier if I'd had a better foot for my machine-- it was hard to get the needle close enough to the handles.

I love that!  Did you use a zigzag stitch on your machine to applique the flower?

very cute.  I'll have to try one like that!  I always give up on purses because the handles never look right when I try to sew them.  but those are great!
