Is this possible? My brother gave me his old snowboard and I was wondering if someone has done it before, or has heard of someone doing it, or if its even possible at all. I don't even know where to begin! What type of paint would I use? Man, so many questions! Any tips would be nice.

That's an awesome page for instructions, it makes me want to go over my snowboard again. When I first got mine (it was used) it was orange. Just orange. So I took a big black permanent marker and drew some crazy spiral things on it. I haven't been able to test how well the marker stays on, because I didn't have many (ie: I had one) chance to get up to the mountain this year. I think the painting tutorial that is linked would be a much better idea.

Im wondering though... can you paint the underside of the board as well? Or can you just paint the top?

DON'T paint the underside of your board!  It should be as smooth and frictionless as possible.  Definitly no stickers, paint or anything else.
