So this is my take on the brooch idea from the January Bead Style. I've never made anything like this and thought it was a faboo idea!  I'll send it to my cousin as a thank you for the kick-ass pins she bought for me while I was out in San Diego this week.   Grin



I hope she likes.  It took about 6 tries and several yards of craft wire to get it right.

Thanks for all of the compliments!  There's a great feature in this month's Bead Style magazine that explains how to do these... but essentially, there are these really cool pins with holey domes that fit on top that you can secure the beads to.  I changed the idea a little because there was too much open space after I secured the flowery beads and the leaves, so I threaded small beads through the dome with invisible thread to fill the spaces in a bit.  Smiley
