This year,my sister and I gave embroidering a try and decided to make these little birds.I'd seen lots of them floating around the internet and thought "Hey,we can do that!" and we did! I'm pretty proud of them since it's really our first shot at embroidery.The birds are gifts for a friend's mother and also for my grandmother.After we did the birds,we tried a few other things and made bunnies and skulls.The bunnies are going to one friend while the Calaveras wallhanging is going to another....sort of a weird thing to make for Christmas isn't it?

Thanks so much everyone!! This was our first shot at real embroidery so it's really nice to have them all so well recieved! My mom is begging for a whole garland of the Calaveras for herself now Cheesy What have I gotten myself into! LOL!!
