Okay.... I have begun. It seems sooooooo WIDE! I shall peresever though, maybe I won't wear it, but I may. progress shots.............. ......

As you can probably guess, I used my phone for scale. i wanted to see how wide it was going to be. Does anyone know if a stitch dictionary has basic instructions for enterlac? I am not having issues with this pattern, I just want to know the basics behind designing with it. I do like it, it is pretty easy to understand!

Mine actually was 3 inches wider than the pattern said, so all i did was seam 1 1/2 inches at each edge. I reallylike the way it looks because i dislike the look of the edge triangles. it made it look alot cleaner.

I also over-blocked mine. Tongue

i am so stuck. dummy me. when i taught myself to knit. i taught myself left handed...(because i am) well now when i work any patterns i get all mixed up. its all just backwards. i followed the pattern...i just fibished the section 'right slanting center diamonds' which of course, mine are left slanting. but now i am not sure what to do. when i follow the next step it just doesnt seem correct. like i will have a big hole or something.

Any one have any suggestions?

Here is a photo on the right side.

this is the same bit i was stuck on. it looks like you've got to the end of the row and you've gone wrong but you haven't. now you pick up the sts along the other side of the triangle that you are at the top of now.

Everyone's Quant's look great.

Here's what I've got done so far. I'm using Universal Yarn's Classic Worsted LP.
