I printed this turkey head out off the computer, then printed out a reflection.  Cut it out, mounted each picture to a side of a popsicle stick.  Stuck it in the turkey.

Not really a craft, but I do consider myself quite clever.

It is people like you that make me feel so at home when I come to craftster.org.  When I see something kooky like this, I truly feel that I have found my tribe, and I wish we could all live together in the same town. Imagine the meals we would create.  I am making a turducken for Christmas dinner, and now you know it will have three heads sticking out of it when I bring it to the table.  Thanks for the inspiration.
