My old dog used to get excited for winter b/c the best treats were frozen treats in the yard  Tongue  I'd have much preferred her to just roll around in the snow in lieu of eating frozen poocicles.

Life isn't complete 'til you crochet a uterus for a friend.  Just make sure your fallopian tubes point down and not up! No one needs to lose an eye this way! Wink

I love personal swaps for small stuff (including Hershey Kisses!)! PM me for happy fun rockin' good times!

My friend has did this last year, and it worked brilliantly, it looked really good.

He stretched a metal slinky from one end of the room to the other (he has a small room) and then used wooden and plastic pegs to clip his christmas cards to it. It looked really good, and displayed the really well. an alternative to stretching it from one end to the other is just blu tack, nails(to hook the ends around) or just linking it onto pictures already onthe wall.  Smiley hope you find yur solution. x

my Grandmom gave me a stuffed Christmas tree that has slits in it for the cards. You can't see all the cards, but it does look nice. If I can remember when I get home, I'll take a picture.

this is the only picture i could find and its terrible but if you have a door like this:

you can slide the cards down into the slats and then you see all the fronts.  thats how we did it at my old house

We get tons of Christmas cards and our house is small and cluttered as it is.  Here's what I came up with last year.  I hung the cards inside my kitchen cabinets.  That way, whenever I got somethin gout--voila!--bright happy cards without a giant display or lots of clutter.

We have a garland with ribbon hanging down the sides of an entrance, we just clip the cards onto it, I'll see if I can get a picture.

Jamiewatchthe stars, I love you! I just remembered that I had painted an old shutter red to use as a headboard before I bought "real grown up furniture" for my bedroom. I kept it in a closet, and I just got it out, it's now my official card display! Yay! I'll take a pic asap!

I did this a couple years ago. It was pretty cool. You just have to be careful about making the slits long enough so that the cards that are bigger stay on.
