Well I just used enamel Acrylic! I painted it on her head before I attatched the eyes. I placed her eyes where I wanted them and then traced around the top of the eyelid so I knew where to paint! You don't need to seal it because it is an enamel so it can get wet and it wont fade or wash out! If you took a textile medium and mixed it with acrylics it would be paintable on fabrics too, but I like the glossyness that enamels have.
