Our first tree in over 6 years (since our first son died). I am so happy to again have a reason to put up a tree and decorate! Almost all of the ornaments are either hand-blown glass given to us by relatives or little beanies that I fell in love with. Now I intend to add new handmade ones every year as well.

I discovered this in the BIG BIN OF HOLIDAY GOODNESS - I didn't even know we had it! It's about 2 feet high and so cute! Note the little train underneath, courtesy of my son.

Two little stockings - one for our first son (in memory of), and one for our son now. Both are handmade and cross-stitched by their grandmother, and they are GORGEOUS! She is very talented Smiley

I made this wreath YEARS ago, and I still love it.

The railing outside my house. We live in co-housing and there is a glass atrium outside my door rather than the actual outside. You can feel the outside temperatures, but you don't get rained on! (We live outside of Vancouver). So I decorated my railing.

The other three are little handmade ones just to balance it out aesthetically - I don't remember who made them, though.

Poor girls christmas decor.

Some of this is left over from the mini christmas set up I did for my boyfriend last year.  Now he lives with me so I changed the color scheme and made a super cheap wreath.
Sorry for the blurry photos, my camera is being funny so I am using his.

Had it out every year for as long as I can remember...

The mantle has changing lights, and they're all the same color at the same time, they're great!

I love seeing everyones trees and lights. To me christmas is all about the colors!
Here's our 6.5 foot blue/gold/white tree with gold and white lights and a crocheted white angel for the top. The ornaments consist of plastic cat-proof balls and various hand made ornaments i've recieved from swaps and my mother. Lucky for us, it came with a catbird(can you spot him?). Tongue

Thanks for the compliments! Yeah ever since we got him as a kitten he just can't wait for the tree to be put up every year. This year he was in it before we even had the thing put together. Then when we were putting on ornaments we would have claws reaching out for us within the tree.
