Call for artists for Crafts & Kisses 2008!

Sweet treats and sinful goodies will abound at Crafts & Kisses, a Valentine craft fair.  Visit some of DC's coolest crafters and pick up something fun for your lovers, your friends, and everyone you admire. Hearts, crafts, music, and more!  First 50 visitors receive goodie bags!  Sponsored in part by BUST magazine.  http://craftsandkisses.com

Contact Moira at info(at)bookishlady(dot)com with any questions!

When: Sunday, February 3 from 12 noon-5pm
Where: Josephine Butler Parks Center, a gorgeous old mansion at 2437 15th Street NW (next to Malcolm X/Meridian Hill Park)

Load-in starts at 10:30am, and you
have from 5 to 6pm to load out. Cars can pull up at the front
entrance at 2437 15th Street NW and parking spaces for vendors are
available in the rear of the building.

Chairs and 6-foot tables will be provided.  Please let me know ASAP if
you want to bring your own displays or you have special needs and
I'll see what I can do. 4-foot tables are also available.

This fair will feature 40 vendors, entertainment, edible
treats and drinks. You are welcome (and encouraged) to make
Valentine or even anti-Valentine themed crafts, but this is not
required.

The cost of the fair is $40 per booth, but if you sign up and send
payment by Jan 14, you can get the earlybird price of $35!  Send
via paypal to inf(at)bookishlady(dot)com, and note that it's for Crafts
and Kisses, and which business you're paying for.

Disclaimer: By participating in Crafts and Kisses, you agree that
you are responsible for collection of DC sales tax when necessary,
and that your participation in the event is at your own risk.
Bookish Lady, Moira McCauley, BUST Magazine, and the Josephine Butler Parks
