Wow!  You are totally working those ruffles, girl!  Smiley
From Pinstriped Frumpgirl to Office Lolita.  Grin
In the Before pics, you are camera-shy then AFTER you are striking America's Next Top Model poses wearing your hot new outfit.  Smiley
I love it.  Classic example of fun and sexy clothes giving a girl confidence.

I adore your fun sense of style. And the end results shows A LOT of work that an amateur wouldn't be able to pull off.  The cut and fit are very flattering, especially the waist gathers right at the bottom row of buttons.

I would make one teeny tiny change.  In the first pic, the armholes from the front appear maybe an inch to an inch and a half too broad. It isn't that obvious, since your hands are on your hips, I just mean that they could be cut a little bit narrower behind the lapel and you would get a smoother fit when you drop your arms.  I have modified a few things from the potato-sack look you started with to more fitted, and the cut of the armhole has a big impact on how your girls up front look.  I only mention this, because you obviously 1)have superior sewing skills, 2) know what looks good on you, and 3) attention to detail.  You have a curvy but petite frame that most women would kill for.  Make the most of it!  and Good luck in the challenge!

p.s. This Rocks, and Wisted Wisted Wisted

Wow! You totally transformed that suit. you have such vision and talent. Who knew that that great suit was in that plain jane suit you bought, and at such a great price! Amazing!
