ok---I'll admit, I've had this idea since the Game Board Revamp challenge---but I just started graduate school, and I've been totally busy.
But when I saw this challenge, I knew I had to get my butt in gear----and I did. today.
I did this entire chair today.
I started with a chair that I found on the side of the road (on my way to the thrift store). I can see why I found it there....lol.
But first, Here's the finished product (ignore the icky basement floor)

And the eighteen inches of dust that came with it.....
What's that? Yup--cobwebs....
But after some sanding, and mod podge-ing monopoly money, and painted the back legs, you get this:

I actually had this fabric lying around----it's a pillow form. I have about three more yard of it left too....lol. It was just waiting for the perfect project like this! I had to completly reconstruct the cushion with new foam--it was gross!

It's late---I know these pictures are crappy---I did this entire chair in one day, so when I'm more awake tomorrow, I'll try to take better pictures.
