This is my first challenge entry ( as well as my first recon entry), hope you enjoy!

About three years ago my mother-in-law bought me a hideous full length white dress coat ($5 at a thrift shop in Eastern Kentucky).  It's been in my closet since then.  I didn't have the heart to throw it out, and no one wanted it.  I considered dyeing it, but even in another color I still would have had to shorten it and take it in about three sizes.  Wasn't happening, so there it hung.  It's soft and cuddly, great for wrapping in to keep warm (imagine that, a warm coat, lol), and an idea was born-- Thanks to this challenge! Ok, here goes...

Well, there you have it.  I think I may do some appliqué on the throw, but I'm too wrapped up in it at the moment!

Hope you enjoy! Smiley

Nice!  It almost makes me wish I hadn't gotten rid of a nearly-identical coat in teal!
