Im looking for book binding materials in Hawaii...

I checked Ben Franklins in Pearl City... not much luck...

Specificlly Im looking for Chip Board (Matte Board or Illustration Board), handmade paper, and tools.

i'm not so sure about the paper..
but!
i know the UH Manoa bookstore has a ton of different matte boards.  and if you check ImageWorks in Kaimuki they have really good 2 and 4 ply boards.

Try Hawaiian Graphics on Beretania; and call C2F because they have two great sales periodically - one for crafters and one for artists, but you can buy anything in their warehouse!
