So my sister sent me this baby blue slinky tea length dress from Fredrick's of Hollywood, 'cause she saod she'd never wear it. I won't either. Not the way it came to me ,anyway. It was tea length. So, I cut it off, too short for a mini skirt, then added a new bottom border with some cool black dragon printed stretch fabric. Also added it to the bodice. Please, let me know what you think.

Thank you so much for the comments. I don't know where I'll wear it, but, I will now!
