I am hoping to sort out a website this year and nice feedback on my stuff from you lovely lot give me more confidence to get on with it!
Thanks Again
xx

Have admired all the photos of your gorgeous Polly bags...your work is so thoughtfully crafted, and really really lovely.  It's absolutely on par with the things I see at the very fashionista type boutiques out here.  Good luck to you on your website venture!

Very cute! I received a Kate Spade baguette for Christmas and I've been thinking of using that shape as a pattern for some knitted and/or felted bags. Nice to see someone else has the same idea! It's such a cute shape, and it would be great to have several colors to go with different outfits!

Wow, That is beautiful. I am new to crafster and I am blown away by the creativity on this site!! I really, really, really, love your bags. I was inspired to knit my own and I have already made two using the blog you shared. Thank you.

I think you are going to be one very successful business woman. Those bags are so fantastic.

JaneyP, your bags really inspired me!  Here is my first attempt:

and here is the interior:

I'm going to take this one out tonight for Valentine's Day.  I used the pattern you've linked to before and it was really easy, so I know I'm going to make more in the future.  Thanks for your inspiration!

Thanks!  Actually it's two strands of Lopi Lite held together with some sheer ribbon I picked up at Michaels.  The yardage on the ribbon was awful though (5 yds per spool!), so next time I'm going to try something different.  I like the way it turned out, however.

that is such a cute little bag in such a fine color.  What I would give to invent such a pattern myself!  I'm curious as to how you shaped the body of the bag, is it just a steady decrease on each side?
