A few days ago I was flying on Delta Airlines and they were handing out the most delicious cookies as a snack. I have no idea what kind of cookies they were, but I really want to make some for myself. Anyone have any idea what the recipe for these cookies is?  The packet they came in says the brand name is Biscoff.

I don't have a recipe for them unfortunately -- you could probably mess around with a gingerbread recipe and come pretty close.  (I'd offer to try for you, but it's been a while since I've flown Delta and I don't remember exactly how the cookies taste...)  If your craving gets too strong and you get desperate, you can buy them here.  Cheaper than buying an airline ticket just to get a cookie!  Cheesy
