This dress is wonderfully done.  It's beautiful.  A dress that can be worn by every size.  Something a lot of designers forget. Grin

HEY everyone!!! thanks so much for all your lovely comments!! you've all given me so much confidence in my work!! i should have some more pictures soon!! yay lol oh and jus a bit of an explanation, that was minor cos its the smaller profject, i only had 9 weeks to do everythin.. including research and working drawings. I've just started on my major today.. i have 19 weeks to do it and i chose to research design and make 2 costumes for a imaginary stage production of the lives of Anne Bonny and Mary Read the worlds favourite female pirates!! x x

It is just exquisite!  I adore movies/fashion from the 40's and 50's era.  The starlets were so feminine and glamorous, and I think you've captured that look perfectly with your costume.  Great work:)
