now see i actaully box....and i just moved recently ...i came on a plane and left my 125lb bag at my folks.....how much did that stuff weigh that you put in there..was it hard or soft....
i guess you can just add more of whatever it is to make it harder, good idea though

This bag isn't supposed to be heavy or hard. .
It’s meant to work on you speed and timing. You can still hit it pretty hard though. It's a great workout. It takes a bit to get used to the rhythm of the bag.  You can use all types of combinations. The only punch you cant throw it an uppercut.

However you can change the way the bag acts by changing some of its variables. I.e.
You can add a stiffer bungee cord. Or you can use bungee cords on the bottom and on top. This will make it more bouncy and spring like. Also a heavier bag would give the bag more inertia, thus changing the way it reacts.

ok i was thinking about how id make one of these, (the bag actually if i could make a guy id be rich) and i was thinking of making like a sawdust core and then stuff cottony stuff all around it. Think that work work or would just plain fluff do better, i want some weight for it

That's an interesting idea. (the saw dust) you could also use rice or small beans.
if you make the bag heavy make sure you reinforce it so that it's stronger. A heavier bag will produce more momentum due to the added weight. Let me know how it goes!

yea, im definitly thinking of making one of these for my brother, hes in tae kown do (for about the last ten years, hes 23 now) and just moved into an apartment just like a big boy, and i think this would make a good housewarming gift as he doesnt have a good place to work out now.

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOO MUCH!! I have sooooo wanted to make one of them 4 like, ever. Its dumb how they cost like $90 in a store. And yes if I was Like 7 years older i would ttl drool 2.
