after finishing my exams i came to the conclusion that my room needed a little make-over
before the make-over it had black and blue curtains, pillows, bed cover and a cover for an armchair that looks like half a sofa
i can't afford at the moment to repaint the room or  change the carpet , but i did the best i coul do
the bead spread and the matching 2 pillows i got from my mom (it's the size of her double bed but i folded it in half - i didn't want to ruin it by cutting it)
the drapes i had for a long time - they had some wax stains from when my aunt tried to wax her legs on her own
i cut up one of the drapes in half and made a cover for the weird armchair and some pillow cases
the blue curtain matches the blue walls
the little black carpet my grandmother made when she was young (crafting runs in the family)

p.s. those boards by the window behind the curtains are left-overs from my bookcase that i made, i'm keeping them so i'll make a something to put my shoes in

Orange is the perfect color to re-energize yourself after a long exam period Cheesy
Also, I really like how you didn't have to go spend a ton of cash for your make-over -as that's how make-overs often turn out $$$.
Very nicely done Smiley
