they should give seminars to guys on how to dump chicks.... Roll Eyes. ridiculous i say!!!!

the scarf is wonderful and I am agreeing with the "dont give it to him", "it does not clash with your super awesome hair" BUT i couldnt bear to keep it with such a bad memory tagged on it forever. i say give it away...hello!! its the holidays!! surely you have some distant relative to give it to that you would never see wearing it?? Cheesy

Argh.  What a louse!

From experience- don't keep the scarf- he'll always be attached to it in your mind.

The scarf is gorgeous.  Here are a few more suggestsions.
-Offer it to your friends if you want (tell them the whole story so you don't feel guilty).
-or donate it to:
+ an organization that clothes kids (teenagers would LOVE this!),
           + a domestic violence shelter,
+ a senior citizens' organization (keep a granny warm and smiling),
           + or a homeless shelter.

Someone will really appreciate that wonderful scarf and your hard work!

So sorry to hear about the guy. That aside, the scarf is lovely.
Being that it is getting cold out and there are many charity drives for warm winter clothes, I would make a donation. Someone with very little would feel very special getting such a beautiful and warm gift.

It's a beautiful scarf, I'd keep it. But if you can't for emotional reasons, you could always save it for a swap down the line.  I'm sure anyone would be pleased to receive such a lovely item. I really like the pattern of it, it would look great as a vest.

what a jerk... sounds like your better off without him.

And I'm seconding the charity thing or the swap thing....

what do you want for it  Grin

probably better to offer it to friends first though.

The xbf is a tool- I hope he freezes this winter.  Angry Jack@$$!

I hope you can figure out what you want to do with it. Smiley

OR you could mail it to him all wrapped nicely and put a note in it saying how you were thinking of him when you were making the scarf.  Should make him feel swell...  And you can know that you returned his rudeness with niceness.

Or donate it.  But I wouldn't hold  on to it.

Whatever you do don't give him the scarf.
I would get rid of it as soon as possible (I would be tempted to give it to him if I still had it and he doesn't deserve it.)
You could swap it.
Or the charity thing sounds nice.

Either way you wouldn't have to see it.
