i found a website a while back on someone's blog, but now i cant find it! it was a site where you can buy yarn from other folks that they bought, and never used! HELP! i have been on the quest of finding it again.

Could it be the swap page at elann.com?  They have a swap thingy, there's a button for it on the home page (swap center).

I see that it's long closed - I have heard that people on Ravelry can post what they have so when you can get on there search for stuff they are willing to sell (I think you can PM people and say 'would you be willing to sell the ball of Rowan dyelot x' even).

yeah, i'm on the waitinglist for raverly. i noticed it was closed as well. this was recently that i saw this website, it was someone on here that made some fingerless gloves, and i checked out their blog, and it said she bought the yarn from a site that you can buy stashes from others.  but i cant think for the life of me what her name was on here. grrr. stupid brain!!! oh well. i will find it sooner or later. thanks for all of ya'll's help!! Grin
