Ok, I'm not into embroidery, but this style sort of evolved from the little

That's very cool! It's very mod Wink
That vinyl is gorgeous, but I'm biased toward anything orange.

Mmmm, fabulous. Makes me think of burnt cheese and peppers maybe. I would love to carry my lunch in that. Cheesy

Hey Fiber People: I am very interested in personal swaps for painted/dyed roving or top. I can swap supplies or crafted items. Let's talk!

Looks great.  The circles and topstitching really liven it up.

Wow! I love this, soooooo much! I love the shape and size and of course the great color. The thick, adjustable strap is wonderful, it must be comfortable on your shoulder. The appliqus remind me of olives, very cool. Your top-stitching looks great, nice and straight. Fantastic job!!!!!

Thanks so much for your posts Smiley

I must admit I have a *thing* for orange... especially this "burnt" hue. I also believe that any colors can go together and creat a great combo if they are in the "right" shades/hues.
As fabric will always be my first choice, I love to experament with different materials.
I kept a bag full of leather pieces that was on its way to the trash at the studio I was an intern a while back...  I cant wait to try work with that too in the future Smiley

In this specific piece, my goal was to "keep it simple" yet sophisticated in a way... I hope that's what I've achieved.
