Those are beautiful! What pattern did you use for the first hat?

i cast on 80 stitches (with 5 stitch markers every 16 stitches) and did 1x1 ribbing for about an inch or so, then did stockinette for like 4 inches or until the length you like.  Then decrease till you have 5 stitches left and tie off.  very easy Smiley
