AHHHH! It has returned! It's so gosh darn cute, but it seriously looks knit, and I hate knitting. (It hates me back, so no worries.) I don't know if I have enough skill to figure it out on my own (I'm still a newb in my opinion), but if I do I will tell you how for-sure!

yeah, it does look knit, but I'm going to work on figuring it out without knitting (I've never even tried knit, tho I'd like to....) Can you tell if the little bob thing on the end is a pom pom, or do you think its just like part of the hat... I can't figure that one out...

Oh, and about 4.0... I can't keep a 4.0 even without obsessive crochet... LOL... I'm in my 3rd year of college, and obsessive crocheting and my grades don't mix... I wish there was a degree in crochet, tho LOL

I'm only in my second year, and I have good incentive to keep my average up - the world's greatest scholarship.

Did you guys ever see that car that was crocheted by an art major for her senior project?  That'd be a heck of a major if you could crochet all the time...

The biggest piece of advice I can give anyone for good grades and crocheting (I'm hijacking, I'm sorry, please please forgive me!) is this:  when you are trying to brainstorm for a huge paper or anything else, crochet with a pad of paper and pen next to you.  I thought up the greatest points when I was crocheting, and it was really easy to just quickly jot it down in between stitches.  Then typing up the paper itself was easy-peasy.

I crochet in my classes, it actually helps me concentrate! Maybe I have ADD or something, but it really works. I'm a journalism major, so the most school-related things I get to do with crochet is writing stories about my hobby for the newspaper.

I too though, wish there was a degree in crochet. We'd graduate the top of our classes.

Outofthequestion, I think the pom at the end is indeed a pom, it's just really long instead of small and fluffy. I hope that made sense.

Aww... crap, it was knitted.  You could crochet it too, though...

Still, it's pretty durn awesome.  We should do something like that with a swap someday, except make it be a non-swap.  We all send it to one person who assembles the world's largest scarf or something.   Roll Eyes
