This is a hat I made for my dad for the holidays, he is follicularly challenged, so his head gets cold easily. I didn't use a pattern, but was inspired by all the silly hats I have seen on Craftster, so I credit all the hat makers for inspiration. I used Lion wool-ease for the main color, with a little knit picks red merino wool for the horns.

yes, he will wear it, he used to make me die of embarassment as a kid, now i realize how neat the things he did really were............i'll do my best to post a pic post holiday

!!follicularly challenged!!  that is great- totaly describes a lot of my family.   that is an awesome hat, and the fact that he's actualy gonna wear it makes it that much better!
