I made this jewelery box for my little cousin, Haylee.

I painted it pink and purple and stenciled a unicorn on the front

I lined the inside bottom with pink fabric
and made a little card and glued it on the inside top.

(theres a "..." because it goes with the xmas card I made that says Dream BIG.. which isn't in these pictures)

I really like it for my first try.
Thanks for looking, now I have to wrap it! Smiley

i got it from the dollar store.
theres all sorts of plain boxes in different shapes.
i went with this one, because the gold clasp thing went best with the princess-y feel.
Cheesy

thanks!

That's cool. Unfortunately we don't have your kind of dollar stores here in Europe. Does every piece really just cost 1 dollar? Sounds wonderful  Wink

yeah, but only the good dollar stores are like that.
we have 2 on our street, one is called the dollar store and they sell some things for almost $20,
and then theres the dollar tree and everything is only one dollar.
