i practiced some of the patterns/tutorials here on shirts left behind by ex-boyfriends. I made them in miniature first just to test the patterns.

this was the ex-shirt mini with the tut coming from the Skipping Bag or something like that.

so i tried a full sized one...

I love this material and someone has already asked to buy this one!!

Theres a really cute lining in this bag. its white with pink hearts. The handles are too bulky to tie like i did with the cowbag... Im not sure what im going to do with the handles yet - any ideas?

Ive tried a few other patterns but dont have any pics of them yet.

so yeah - thats about it.

The cow print one is cute. For the heart one ,do you have another piece of heart fabric? If so I'd take a small square, fold it so the edges don't show and wrap it around the tops of both handles that you place end to end. Then stitch it down on both sides. Kinda like a shoulder pad on it. HTH

They are all cute. I like the cow one best. For the furry one, could you just sew the two ends together or put a buttonhole on one side and button on the other?

thanks for the compliments.

I like the idea of adding a button but it would have to be enormous... or maybe not. I could make my own out of fimo or something couldnt i?
