Got a paper tray from some yummy soup we bought at Costco...
(BEFORE)


Ate the soup and didn't want to toss the tray...

Used a glue stick and adhered a discontinued wallpaper sample to the tray that now houses my "stuff"...

Thanks! With the glue stick and a paper cutter, it was about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, I think.
