My boyfriend and I have a lot of take out menus sitting around our kitchen that don't really have a dedicated space since we have no free drawer space.  I decided to remedy that by making this menu pocket to hang on the wall next to the refrigerator.

It is really simple but I think its cute.  The main fabric is wool I got from a thrift store, the radishes (or are they turnips?) came from superbuzzy, and I embroidered MENUS on it to make it clear what it's for.

Ah! I LOVE THIS! YAY! I've actually been collecting them for a few months with the idea of puting them in a Binder, but your idea is WAY BETTER!  Right now all my menus sit in the pantry (instead of food, lol) and we go digging through them a lot, so a little bag like that on the wall will be perfect! Thank you for the awesome idea, i'm making one tonight =)

what a great idea!!  I have a drawer in my phone table where I try to keep menus, but no one ever puts them back.  Maybe a cute little pocket like this would help!  I love the material you used!

What a cute idea!  I have all our menus crammed into a drawer and they get all yucky and wrinkled that way!  I'm going to have to make one of these for our kitchen!  Another project to add to my to-do list!
