Number of Etsy Sellers

I have found it discouraging as well. Because lots of sellers have the "I can make that myself, why buy it" mentality. I, personally, LOVE to look at the creations of others, not only for ideas, but to possibly purchase as well.

I have no problems buy handmade goods from others because each design that someone makes is unique in it's own way. Maybe there are a lot of people just like me on Etsy. I just get frustrated is all.

I created my store and abandoned it up until a couple of days ago. I think promoting your store is the key and taking really good pictures is the second.

I have bought several charms from a woman in Singapore that makes pendants with fused glass. And then I make them into beautiful necklaces that get me compliments whenever I wear them.

Just gotta think positive!
