Hi you all! I have an old belt and the "buckle" broke on it....but I loooove the design on it so i've been wondering if maybe I can fix it myself? only problem, I can't seem to find any sold anywhere. I just need the buckle, not the canvas belt.Everytime I try to search for just the buckle on the internet it comes up with a bunch of sites selling the whole belt and not just the buckle. any help is greatly apreciated! thanks!
heres a picture of the type of buckle im looking for:

I don't know what that is called, but I bought a couple of belts like that at the military surplus store for $1, you could alwasy buy a replacemnt belt and just use the buckle off it.

Sorry don't know the name either but they sell these belts in NYC chinatown for $3 in a rainbow of colors. I don't know if you'll be able to  remove the buckle though, it's pretty strongly attached to the canvas. You would need to bend metal to open it and then push it back down onto the canvas. Good luck!

There's a store in a mall near hear...called Journey's.  they sell shoes and also those belt buckles - I keep buying new ones for my son (skull, checkered pattern, plain).  He has a black belt and just changes the buckles when he wants)

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.

"Military Belt Buckle"

I *just* saw them on the notions wall at my local Michael's.  The Boy Scouts also sell them, but their belts are fairly narrow.

Good luck
