I thought that too! I thought she melted the beads into the head shape... and in my head I was like, "Holy @#$%! how did she do THAT?" haha.. wow.

i filled mine w/ tissue paper, though, and just leave them sitting on my bookshelf.
i like the light idea, though. i may have to try it.

Everyone thinks like you including me, its just the colours don't work like that cos the clear glass head gives out too much light and overpowers the effect.

Yeah I have three more of the clear heads and mine are also just sitting on top of a bookcase but you could try with coloured bulbs or cram them full of christmas lights for the multi coloured effect.
