Hey everyone! I posted this within a topic, and I thought I'd post it on the board by itself so more people could find it useful.  I made this tute based off of an existing bare-bones web tute, the address is listed below.  Please let me know if you find it helpful, I really enjoyed making this one.

**TUTORIAL**

You will need the following tute to make a circle skirt: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=12439.0

If you use less length in the strips, then you will have a smaller petticoat.

wait, how does this not have any replies? this is absolutely fantastic! i found the directions for the alice lon petticoat on my own, but i couldn't really figure out how the different layers went together and how to sew on the ribbon. but this makes it crystal clear. thank you so much!! <3

Omg, I am so glad I found this tutorial again because I'm making my own prom dress and I wanted to make a really poofy petticoat to go with it.

What a great tutorial!
I bookmarked it, so I'll find it again.
Now I have to save some money to buy 9 meters of tulle and approx. 50 meters of ribbon...
I guess this will be an expensive project...  Embarrassed

Great! Glad you find this helpful! Just make sure to convert the measurements from yards to meters first, as I don't think you'll need as much in meters!
