this is great!  at first i had thought you made some sort of tool cozy. (that picture is very life-like) but it's an oven mitt! awesome!

I'm gonna have to join the 'OMG vise grip?' army you're creating here. I was like 'tool in foam with plastic casing', 'heated tool thingy', 'tool crotcheted into pot holder--how does she fold it?', 'oooh, like that'. Won't the transfer get all melty when handling something really hot, though?

so sexist but true...just like a man COOL PROJECT......another funny man kitchen thing. When I was a nanny, my boss sooo disliked cleaning the gooky goopy baby smush gush out of the high chair that he mounted a small shop vac to the back of it. no really he did. I swear. Thing was the babies had to be out of the room to use it cuz it scared the crap out of em. Still it was nifty, I absolutely refused to empty it though.

I have some concerns about that, but as it literally is for getting frozen entrees out of the toaster oven, I think he'll be okay.  I will supply him with directions about this, as well as putting the other side toward the hot dish.

lol oh my god i have so many guy friends and i could see them doing something like using vice grips as oven mitts this is a great idea very clever lol  Grin Grin
