this was such a fast knit! about two days. well technically 3 days but the middle day i didn't work on it. and i know that if i had one whole day to sit and knit then i totally would've had that puppy finished!

Pretty! Is it warm? Will you please post a picture of the back?

Some where between what you want and what you need

This looks really nice!

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but if you wanted to, could you add a closure to the front? I guess what I'm wondering is if the front edges are long enough to meet in the middle...Does the the shawl fall off your shoulders when you move around?  I think it looks great on you.  I'm considering making it, but I have narrow shoulders and I'm afraid it's going to end up falling off of me...

What yarn did you use?

yeah you could do a closure. just make sure you bo off very loosely! i used boucle traditions by yarn bee, an exclusive brand at hobby lobby. does it fall off? no not at all. one thing i'm going to do on my next one though is make it just as long as suggested, but to sew the seams a little more longer than suggested. it's not that it falls off but it does slip a little. i just want it more snug next time.

That's nice!  I never would've considered knitting it just from the book but you may have changed my mind.  I have to finish all my Christmas projects first though.

Wow, that is really cool!  I didn't think shrug type things would be flattering on my body, but this one I really want.  Great job!  I would also be curious to find out what kind of yarn you used.  Thanks for sharing.
