I googled his  name and this appears to be his agency.  They could tell you how to get it to him.  Will they?  I've no idea.  I'm sure he gets all kinds of fan mail and it would seem in their best interest to pass on to him something so extraordinary as your awesome cross-stitch.  http://www.barclayagency.com/sedaris.html
