Thanks for the pattern! It was so much fun to amaze my non-crafty in-laws by whipping these gloves up in three hours during the Xmas weekend. I made them for my 11 year old niece Stormy. She sat next to me and I taught her how to crochet. By the end of the weekend she had it down. It was so addicting that James our 12 yr old newphew had to give it a try also.

Thanks again these were fun and easy!

Hey. I was working on little bears with my mom for my nieces... I was like.. I want something crocheted, but not a bear... so we found a bunch of patterns for gloves, and I liked this one the best.. So I started a practice set last week, and barely got half way through the first one, it didn't look good to me as it was taking on a V shape, getting bigger as I went.... Hehe.. So I took a break, started over Monday, and here I am, finishing the first one, starting the next.. I'm a fast worker, I've just been busy with a cold... So hopefully I will be able to wear the pair tomorrow or Friday, as I'm loving the pattern..

Has that happened to anyone, the piece just suddenly change shape, even if you follow the pattern.. (Yesh, I'm a bit P.Challenged..)

Sigh. So many projects, so little time. I have to attach the flowers to a ripple scarf I crocheted for a little girl, finish knitting a scarf for me, and then, only then, can I start the wrist warmers. It might be spring by then.

PS: and I really want to crochet a hyperbolic sphere.
