CMFoster and WIPs - thanks.

I think it did turn out really pretty.  I have a different idea I am going to try for the thumb piece tho.  I will see how it works.

Our office is over the parking garage and it can get pretty brutal some days.  Maybe I won't have to sit on my hands this winter Smiley

Here's my contribution...

Worked up in a wool blend, being felted now, to see how that'll look.  I needed to add another hdc and dc row to make a good fit, but that is the only alteration I made.  I love it, talk about warm!

I like this too!  I might have to try that one soon too

They look great - I'm making another pair (a little shorter), which I will share when done.

Oooh so pretty, everyone... I haven't gotten to start mine yet. I have too many other projects started, plus tons of homework. ACK... Maybe tomorrow I'll make a pair (or five)... :oP

I'm doing some too. I'm using this pattern though...http://crochetme.com/patterns/migginss-mittens. I'm going to make them a little longer though and I'm using hdc instead of sc. I am making them for the girls at my son's theater group. They are all very into these! I'll post when I'm finished with at least one of them!

Well, I finished the first glove of the new set, with alterations.  I made the glove longer, which presented a problem.  To have it fit around my arm, the wrist and hand part would be too big (damn the fat arms, lol).  So, I added a gusset, and it actually turned out well!.  It has enough room in it that the felting shouldn't ruin them, lol.

You can see the gusset in this pic

A nice pic of the colors
