So I finally got back into chain maille again. And I ordered a buttload of rings. 2 pounds to be exact. From Canada. So shipping was actually more than the rings themselves. Le sigh.

Anyways, this is a box chain.(Aww, a heart! It loves you!)

And this is six-in-one. So called because each of the center rings are through six of the outside ones.

I hope you like them!

I ordered them from the Ring Lord. He has a great selection, all different sizes and materials and colors. There's also uncut wire for you to make your own.

I really like the idea of fastening the Euro 6-1 with ribbon. If you made the chain just long enough to sit as a collar, you could fasten the bow at the front. It would add a nice feminine touch to an otherwise pretty hefty weave. Does yours work like that, or is it a bit short?

Lookin good!

The ribbon does a lot to feminize the choker, great idea! Cheesy

Keep up the great work!

Thanks so much! I originally just did the ribbon because I didn't have another clasp and didn't want to take anything apart just to get one.

There are many places to get rings in the US if that's where you are.  I cut my own, but used to buy them back in the day.

Good job...6 in 1 is one of my faves...in fact my current wedding ring is a 6 in 1 in sterling.

I love your chainmaille it's lovely. Even though you didn't have a clasp, I really like the ribbons. Also, I looooove Manic Street Preachers.
