oh yeah we make those every xmas. its a family tradition! we do the ones w/ pickles which we call donkey dicks and we do other ones with green onions which we call goat peckers  Grin

Crazy - my mom has made these for every special occasion since I was born. She got the "recipe" from my grandma. Smiley

You can make them a pinch healthier by using Turkey Ham. Another trick is to make sure you get the lunch meat thick enough - no shaved stuff, but you don't want steaks either.

haha bobbit bits  Grin although when we make em we don't chop em up otherwise i'm sure we'd come up with something else dirty to call em!

The name on my recipe card is official changed now! That was just awsome.

This is one of my favorite party foods EVER.  My mom made them all the time when I was growing up (we always used ham).  So many of our party guests would think it was a weird combo at first, but after trying them everyone would scarf them right down.
